Daily Expectations for Students
1. Log in to each course on the OIA Weebly page.
2. Review all instructions, materials and assignments for the day.
3. Complete and submit all assignments on time.
4. Ensure that your learning environment is free from distractions.
5. Participate in Zoom lessons. Interact in Zoom lessons respectfully.
6. Reach out to your teachers if you need help!
Remember that your final grade of PASS/FAIL is based on you completing and submitting your work accurately; and attending classes on Zoom.
Zoom meetings
all u.s. history classes will be taught in the same zoom meeting. our scheduled time is 10:10-11:00am, monday-friday. please try to attend each meeting as if we were meeting in the classroom. I will continue to post assignments on this site as i have been since we started working online, but it will all be one assignment, the class hours will no longer be separated.
If you are not entered into the zoom meetings by 10:20, you will not be allowed to enter.

Translating arabic or bengali
If you need help with Translation, you can join the zoom meetings for mr. zindani or Ms. chowdhury during their afternoon times. if you go to the page the it called "translation services" each Translating para has a meeting time and the codes for each time are listed.
Please be sure to email me with any questions that you may have. I will be checking my email several times a day.
** Please email me one assignment in each email to avoid pages and photos of assignments getting mixed up***
*Assignments can be completed and returned either by emailing your answers to me, you can print off the question page and answer them in the traditional written form and have a parent bring them to the school Monday-Thursday from 10am-1pm, or complete the questions and use a scan app such as Adobe Scan to email a scan of the completed questions to me.
If you choose to email the answers to me, please by sure to include your name in the title of the email and the chapter and section of that assignment.

Monday, April 20
Zoom meeting will include a discussion of the beginning of hitler's invasions of neighboring countries using the PowerPoint titled "war in europe." Watch video example of hitler speaking style.
Work will begin on the worksheet titled "The world is threatened by dictators." The ways that the chart can be completed is to either print the sheet, complete it and then email me a picture of the completed work, or you can draw the same chart on separate paper and send me pictures of the work.

Tuesday, April 21
zoom meeting will use the powerpoint to discuss the invasion of poland, the nonaggression pact, the idea of blitzkrieg, and the soviet union starting to invade other countries.
We will then begin working on the questions for chapter 24 section 2. The answers will be found in two places, some in the powerpoint, and some in the textbook pages.
